About Transfer and Nickname

Hi,i have a question about character transfer.If i transfer my character named Grumpy from a realm to another,but my nickname already exists in that realm,then what?
Even with 150 vote points for character rename,i would have to wait another 15 days to gather 150 vote points for the transfer and until then some1 could have create my nick already and then what?again 150 vote points to rename?
So my question is what's happening if my nickname exists in the realm i want to transfer (which it exists in all realms).

it prompts for a name change at first login

If the name alredy exists on the new realm you will automatically get a free name change.
