Rockthevote system

Hey!

I'm gonna suggest you install some sort of map voting plugin to the UWC3 server. Just to ensure the server doesn't make non-admin players play a map like he_glass, this happened 26.4 around 16.25. It's a map with glass walls/floors, you got only knife at spawn and some nades on the floor. Throwing a nade on a glass wall/floor will make it to break. Combining this to the "can't move before switching weapon" -bug makes the map really not enjoyable, at least not for me. I'm fine with knife maps, like 35_hp or what is it. The "can't move" -bug doesn't happen there at all.

So a rtv/rockthevote system would be a nice addition to your great server. I know there are usually admins/admin online, but still there are times when no admins are online and so the players are stuck with the map being played at the time. "Votemap" in console works but it requires a minimum of 6 votes, so can't use it with 4 players etc. Anyone with me or is it just me who wants rtv-systen to be installed?
