Transfer from genesis

I had my level 85 blood elf paladin named hesn transfered from Genesis to exodus , the website shows that i need to wait 5 minutes right now i waited for about 30 minutes and nothing happend i just want to know is my character lost or what?

your character stucked between realms, only shockeru can fix this, so you must wait.

I have exactly the same problem i had 85 level goblin shaman named Telmindra. Tryed to transfer from Genesis to exodus. I'd like to have my char returned to Genesis if posible since Exodus is dead again

Same thing i`d like my character to be back in genesis since exodus is dead...

well,i got the same problem and i've been waiting around 5-6 days so far...Nothing happened and im still waiting till Shockeru gets free time to laugh at me and shake his fingers and fix my problem -,-
the only suggestion im curious about is TILL when i have to wait...

5 days? thats alot... its really sucks since you had to level up to 85 and then not enjoy the character aswell you suffer from exodus tragedy really shocker should look into this whenever he can , just my opinion
