Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

Rune Strike pe Cataclysm si mai ales incepand cu 4.0.3 poate fi folosita fara sa iti ceara sa dai dodge sau parry la un attack daca esti in Blood Presence, aceasta cerinta este necesara doar daca esti in Unholy sau Frost presence, in Blood Presence, Rune Strike inlocuieste Death Coil, pt ca este folosita pt a face threat.
Pe acest server nu merge asa, chiar daca esti in Blood Presence trebuie sa dai dodge sau parry ca sa poti folosi Rune Strike, prin urmare faci mai greu threat.

Tin sa te contrazic. Doar cand mori se buguieste blood presence si nu vei mai putea folosi rune strike. Ca sa-l poti folosi schimbi presence pe unholy sau frost si dupa aceea inapoi pe blood.
