Descrierea bugului / Bug description: neither of these quests is workinig.....no NPC to turn in Old Divisions
Dovada / Proof:


Killed several bloodfang worgens using steady shot but the quest is not complete
for Old Divisions.....need speak to Captain Broderick at Stoneward Prison....this NPC is not outside the prison and cannot enter the prison to see if he is inside.

This means the quest chain stops here and I cannot progress further....help please
