[REJECTED] Problem with questing phase in Icecrown

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I have a problem with the phase in Icecrown and the exact place is Argent Vanguard i was questing there and i did 1 quest from a goblin which instantly changed the phase and now i dont see any of the important npcs like quartermasters/quest givers/vendors i can only see guards and some of the mobs which have to be hostile they are now friendly and i cant do anything to them so i would be grateful and pleased if u could help me with solving the problem

Dovada / Proof: Sorry for not having a screenshot but i have some problems with my computer and because of them i cant make screenshots . Thanks for understanding

There's a general phase bug with some mobs out there.
