There is no known bag bug. Can you explain when this happens? Are you sure it is not a visual bug or it's caused by your client?

some container drops are empty

like you get a bag/box/chest in a mob , you open it and it is empty.. because of this some comon items are really hard to finds.

ex: lustrous pearl (name? is the pearl used for making some enchanting wands) should drop at a 5% rate from oozing bags (droped by all oozes) .. currently such bags are empty.. meaning you have to kill a mob with a 1% drop rate to get those pearls.. the price of that pearl in AH is up to 7k each last time i checkd.

this hapens with several other containers.. and has happened when prospecting minerals too

another example: some dailies in storm peak give a bag that has a chance to drop bear mount. same no loot ever (i could search for it to link if it would really help)

edit: i have discovered that not all containers are buged (the satchel that onyxia drop has some gems loot in them) just most of em

So many containers r bugged. Every time u open them they're empty. Even the quest in Uldum from which u can choose bag of 200gold or rep with Ramkahen. I chose the gold reward but the bag was empty ofc.

Whenever you will make a list of them and not "Bags".

[Bag of Fishing Treasures] and OS bags don't work...
and boxes from lockping no one of them works...
