Please help me! I don't reach playin' the dungeons, arenas and rated battlegrounds!

Hi all, i have a problem:
i've recently reached level 85 but I know how to play only the random battlegrounds ... how can i play dungeons, arenas and rated battlegrounds?

It's not that easy to jump into hc's . Get some rep gear first and get used to your class.When it comes to raids you should find a guild, pugs suck in general - Good luck
