Raided BoT Heroic Yesterday

Tier chest for Druid/Mage/DK/Rogue dropped

and something else too.

We rolled on everything, Jie rolled on the shoulders (he is a druid) to "troll" me, he was meant to pass the item to me (as he won with 90+ I rolled 64). Server then dcd.
Would be great if you can restore the item, as I have raided over 3 months to finally get this. Thanks.

Unfortunately, we cannot recover those items, unless they had been looted by those players before the crash occured. As far as I can see there's no "Obtained" entry on their Armory pages.
