Problems with Nelf hunter

Good morning everyone,

Today I tried to lvl up a hunter but i am not able to do it. The problem is: when i do my quests and kill mobs, the pet didn't do anything at the very begining levels and pet bar are "freeze" ( i mean, i couldn't enable/disable any button). Then, i've tried to restart the game: it solved my problem just about 2-3 min then, it happened again.

So, my question is: there are some problems with Nelf hunters? Are they temporal, permanent or what exactly is happening?

I really appreciate some kind of help, thanks in advance.

Everything is normal, in Cata u get pets at start but you can control them from lvl 10. Till your lvl 10 they're just a non-combat pet more or less. They will attack from time to time but u get real use of them after you're lvl 10.

In order to level up your pet, you must not mount until he is not leveled.

When you mount, your pet xp bar gets reseted.
