The theme add on's are "client side" meaning you must download it and only effects the user that downloaded it.

Setup Instructions:
Those wanting there new downloaded theme WILL need to download it and set it up by clicking: "settings" then "options".
Then in the left column toward the top click "design" and there you can select the new look you downloaded.
