Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Effects which are broken from taking too much damage (Fear, Frost Nova, Entangling Roots, etc.) now break automatically from about half as much damage taken as before.
Dovada / Proof: Este destul de greu de explicat sau cel putin sa fac SS. dar dmg la care ar trebuii sa se rupa CC-urile ar trebuii sa fie 20% din base HP( tinand cont ca pe WOTLK era 45 %) iar aici la noi pe server se rupe foarte greu un cc, mai ales la priesti cand se rupe dupa de ai 50 % hp
