Hello there staff.

I wanted to report a Starsurge bug for Balance Druids. Insect Swarm and Moonfire ticks are supposed to trigger an instant Starsurge w/o Global Cooldown - BUT if it happens while a Druid is already casting Starsurge, the instant cast cannot be used due to previous (casted) Starsurge that triggered GCD.

Dovada / Proof:
I have compared this with my retail Balance Druid and casting Starsurge with the instant effect already triggered, doesnt pop GCD.

i think this bug report is a duplicate !l i can confirm that it should not consume the proc !!!
