Frostfire Orb and Frost Armor Bug

Hi as i noticed the chill effects from this spells doesn't have a procc effect for Fingers of Frost and Brain Freeze.
Frost Armor's chill had this procc effect until Patch 4.1 when they redesigned it to give -15phisical damage instead so it became a real defensive stance.
Frostfire Orb's chill always had this procc in the hole expansion.

Result: I know frost mages are very strong on your server too but they were whey more overpowered in the entire expansion. (Like warriors in Patch 4.06)
Without this effect our openers and our damage against melee's are much much weaker.
So i thinks this is a huge bug for those who play this class on a high level because you can't play mage so hardly offensive like on original servers.
