Confirm, acel 4 % nu se aplica pe unele spells.

Ideea e in felul urmator:
Ce inseamna
(may be incorrect sometimes):
Ca daca Incorrect inseamna - nu afiseaza toate spellurile=> acest bug report este invalid.
Also daca ar fi sa iau fiecare talent in parte de la fiecare clasa care da increase crit sau dmg, la toate ar lipsi cate ceva
exemplul 1 https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=86880&&name=molten-fury combustion nu e trecut la increase.
exemplul 2 https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=12953&&name=piercing-ice nu afecteaza fireball pyroblast pyroblast! combustion blastwave dragons breath
si exemplele pot continua, am cautat la intamplare in 2 talente ale mageului, pun pariu ca la toate clasele ai cate un talent de genul, dar daca "may be incorrect sometimes" se refera la faptul ca nu sunt trecute toate spellurile afectate de acel talent....atunci no bug here.
Edit: in char sheet apare, 4 % marit, daca apare acolo banuiesc ca e pentru toate spellurile, cred ca e doar bug de spell finder.
