Exodus needs more GM's

the title says it all, so if you don't like reading continue no further i'm not sure how gm's are hired here as i see no application thing. but you need more gms. if ur worried about trust, just make a gm rank with few commands. there's many parts of the day that i don't see a gm on. and i've NEVER had a ticket answered while i was in game. it's also always a rude reply without common courtesy or respect, so i think you need to re-evaluate how your staff acts but that's a suggestion for another time. just get some gms lol. i would apply myself as i've been gm on several of the biggest servers but my gf would kill me if i spent more time in wow than i do already lol. but find someone, plz. a tip, the people i have generally found to be the best gms are those who do not care about being the best. people that arent in end game raiding guilds or trying to kill everything in arena. the people who enjoy things such as doing their fishing dailies [assuming those still exist in cata]. those people, who generally just enjoy playing this game for the scenery and whatever other stupid thing this game offers outside of raids/pvp [no offense to u ppl who enjoy those things xD], but these ppl imo generally tend to make pretty decent gms as far as power hunger and such goes. professionalism and availibility should also be highly sought after and enforced traits. but yea, need enough gms to have the server covered at least around 20 hours a day. as for myself, i'd just be happy if i seen gm on around 3am or so [gmt-5] eastern time

Same here never got a ticket answered its always like this "0 online GMs"

and for reporting a player its like doing nothing, if things wont change more ppl well abuse as already lots doing that, this will lead to more ppl leave EXODUS

for me i like GM's hiding all the time and not talking in world channel , cause i saw so many GM's in other server's talking a lot and players start doing some kinda friendship with them so they can use this friendship to get some stuff and that will bring problems later .
and since i start playing here i was doing a lot of tickets and i got all of them answered . any way this is my opinion .

i agree with you lamonna, gm's should be seen and not heard. but they simply are not there half the time. maybe you play during diff hours than we do. but yea, there are a lot of abusers right now because no gm is ever around to do anything about it. we can't expect the few gm's we have to be on 24/7, that's ridiculous. but they need more gm's to cover more time.

in the last 5 days reported 17 hackers (some i reported up to 30 times, using .gmn) none got banned

today alone i saw like 7 instances in which people was hacking (in 5 different bgs)

no one got banned

still seeing the same names , using the same hacks for the last 5 days: Ghostwarior (fly hack), wrex (teleport hack), snus (speedhack), shreder (telepot hack)..and several other that i cant even remember , if GMs can actually read .gmn logs they would find all the names there.

this situation HAS to improve .. server is becoming shit because of the hackers.

how long till people starts hacking in arenas (if they arent already) ?

nope, i have recording software but i can't run both and wow, we don't all have top end pc's. i have two pc's personally, but my good one is used only for work purposes.

I love this server and i realy appreciate what the staff has do for this beautiful project.

But i have to agree whit op. I play on exodus and i think there are too few gms. I know gm has a real life and they can't be always on, but wowfreakz is maybe the best cataclysm server around and i think gm's should be more present in game.

The few times i opened a ticket, gm answered me while i was offline. Tey helped me a lot but a more presence of online gm's would be very appreciate!

It would be very nice if the head gm of exodus could divide the working hours of gm's in such a way as to better cover the hours of play!
