Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Este foarte slab in comparatie cu cel normal ...in sensul ca da heal de 3 ori mai mic decat cel care a fost pe blizz...in loc de 20-30k heal ...vedeti in lnk cat da

Pe blizz gearul este mai bun (mai mult attack power = mai mult heal) si critul la heal da 200%. Pe patchul asta da 150%.
Noncrit tu ai da 10k => pe blizz, pe patchul actual, la RAP-ul tau ai da 20k heal.
