It can't be dodged paried, missed. I've only resisted/absorbed because it isnt repaired yet. There's another threat about that. Btw i don't know where you found that quote but i just crited in 4.3.4 like many with Hand of LIght at 4.5 k resil 23k and there was no change since 4.0.6 about mastery. The mastery can't crit by its own, just when you use templar or some spells affected by mastery.

i dont care is that parry or dodge or something else. But Hand of Light misses with no damage against rogues, ferals, and against anyone if not hit capped. There is crusader strike with mastery proc and without it on the same screenshot.

DK's frost strike is magic too, but it can be parryed, dodged and blocked as well. More than that, it needs spell penetration to hit as well.
Hand of light must NOT work like that. It must be immitigable after crusader/templar/storm landed (except in rogue's cloak of shadows case).
