Descrierea bugului: Daca consumi death rune + frost rune/blood rune pentru un festering, frost rune/blood rune nu se face death rune.

Bug description: If you use a death rune + frost rune/blood rune for a festering strike, the frost rune/blood rune doesn't get transformed in death rune, it remains as frost/blood.

Proof for Blood + Death = 2xBlood



Retail:

Proof for Blood + Death = 2xDeath



Proof for Frost + Death = 2xDeath



And there is also something else about Festering Strike:
Spamming Festering Strike should keep your Frost and Blood runes as Death runes but here when you use Festering Strike with two Death runes those runes get transformed back to Frost or Blood. I've checked patch notes in order to see if this was changed in some patch but I couldn't find anything.
