Dovada / Proof:

I'm not really sure how to post proof of what I'm talking about and I have no idea about a quest ID. I know that when we (friends and I) went in there the other day, we could start the phase but as soon as the 3 riders come out, nothing else happens. It just sits there and we had to leave. We tried resetting the instance and changing difficulty, but that didn't yield any better of a result.
