Dovada / Proof:

Sorry for lack of "proof" and quest ID's. At the end of the instance after defeating Mal'Ganis, we were not able to use the portal there to leave the instance. The only options available were to hearth or walk all the way back to the entrance. It did the same thing on Heroic mode.
