[Vote] Refund, well sort of

Nume Char: Multiple (Dellirium and Necromonicon)
Realm: Exodus

I've been told by a GM (through in game Ticket system) that i should post this here, so here goes:

I've accidentally managed to screw up ridiculous amount of vote points because I am stupid, nothing else to say... First i ordered 2 warlock glyphs onto my shaman before realizing there is an option to change a character when sending items.... then i did an even worse thing...

I ordered 3 warlock glyphs (Shadowflame, Conflagnate and Immolate) onto a wrong character because I always use a name Dellirium (my priest) and I mistakenly chose it instead of Necromonicon (my warlock).

Now, glyphs arrived to my shaman but they were soulbound (WTF) so i couldn't mail them to my warlock and i deleted them...
On my priest, they didnt even arrive because the character was never logged on at all, i just made him to reserve a name...

Now I have 25 points wasted and still have no glyphs
Could I get them refunded and or can I possibly recieve the glyphs to my warlock?
