why than http://www.wowhead.com/item=9653 <- this is not in the vote shop ? if you can buy t3 from the shop and cou cant rly get it without shop than why dont you put these goggles in ?

Because, as it states on wowhead, this item is no longer available within the game. They were removed somewhere in 2.x patch.
