Also in that video you cand see than on freakz is another bug: pulverize doesn`t consume lacerate stacks, but it should. Topic here.

Igap showed in his video that on freakz Lacerate doesn`t refresh the cd on Mangle. It only makes mangle costs no rage, but it doesn`t refresh it's cd.

Confirm and it's annoying when u want to use the Berserk after u had a free mana cost and no gcd u have to wait gcd to pass.
