Descrierea bugului / Bug description: It doesn't increasing the effect of unleash frost on targets affected by frostshock.

Stacks with Frost Shock and Frostbrand Weapon, perhaps Just checked, if you have the slow from Frost Shock on your target and you cast this on it, the movement-slowing effect from Unleash Frost will be 70%
