Error in Karazhan

Everytime i go into Karazhan when items drop, i ctrl+click to check the gear and always errors me out. After i leave Karazhan i still error for a few more mins/hrs. Plz Help

Have you tried clearing your cache folder?

What is the specific error that you get?
The error pop up should appear and tell you what "error #" or type it was.
