Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Deci te duce la 40% si ar trebui sa iti ia 48%= ar trebui sa mori, insa pe freakz nu mori, nu iti ia 48% fara sa folosesti shielduri sau alte absorb effects.(banuiesc ca e afectat de resilience)
Si nici 40% nu iti da, de poate vedea in prints ca am primit doar 36%

Confirm, magii pot scapa in urma Cauterize-ului fara sa foloseasca Evocation/Ice Block/ Shields.

E posibil ca aceasta abilitate sa dea "un fel de crit" (nush cum sa explict altfel). Cand dadeam 1 shot macro, cu waru, pe un mag, de multe ori nu prindea cauterize dar si cand prindea, dadea undeva in jurul la 70k HP si ramanea cu peste 10k dupa expirarea "hp burn-ului".
