These can be fished in Under City. Apparently, their "water" cooks them.

i fished it in the cape of Stranglethorn off the bridge in Nek'mani Wellspring. (when u go into the view of all of stranglethorn its on the left side of the O in of) =) got it in first cast the second cast. =D hope htat helps

In Southern Barrens I caught the fish in 2 casts at the Overgrowth Pond (54, 46).
