Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
has a chance to work 1 time in " six months " . I have прокнул 2 times in total - dummy that is 100% health and the mob http://www.wowhead.com/npc=47593 ( the only thing that work only on this mob and only in arcan spek ( I'm the mage ) on the other mobs or boss does not work
Dovada / Proof: chaotic chance to trigger, and 1 time in a week , if you're lucky .
