[HUNTER]Tier 11 4 items bonus bug.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Am facut 2 ss-uri cu Lightning Charged Spaulders (t11 hunter) pe mine si Vicious Gladiator's Chain Spaulders (hunter pvp) si am constat ceva.Cu vicious shoulderi am 1.7 cast time steady shot, iar cu t11 am 1.54. Diferenta de haste dintre cele 2 iteme este de 83. Normal cu t11 ar trebui sa am 1.5 dar cu haste-ul acela care vicious il are in plus maxim 1.51.Ori este bug vizual , ori e o mica problema acolo.

reduce cast time la steady shot and cobra shot cu 0.2 secunde bonusul de 4 piese atat, nu iti da deloc haste..

Sa clarific umpic:
Vicious Shoulders : 159 haste - 1.7 cast time steady shot
Tier 11 Shoulders : 76 haste(din reforge) - 1.54 cast time steady shot

159-76=83 haste care le diferentiaza.Acel 83 haste nu cred ca imi da 0.04 in plus cast time.
