Bug description: state exactly what is working and what is not
Proof: screenshot, movie, etc.

EXAMPLE:
WoW Freakz spell link: Blade Barrier
Bug description: Doesn't activate when your runes are are on a cooldown
Proof: Picture

Rules for posting:
