[Exodus] PvE Event 12 - BOT 10HC FULL RUN

The third official Freakz PvE Event


Date / Time: 10/11/2012 @ 21:00 SERVER TIME!!!
Encounter: Full BoT 10hc run.

Rules!

• Only 1 team / guild.
• Only guilds with subforum may participate to this event.
• If server crash happens, I won't delay it because it would be unfair for everyone, so just log in again as fast as you can and start dpsing again, let's just hope it won't occur.
• After you defeat each boss you must type ".gmn GUILDNAME_BOSSNAME" + make a screenshot with the SERVER TIME like this. (Only the guildmaster may type .gmn)
• If any guild tries to "trick" us by going on 10normal instead of 10hc, they will receive a nasty account suspend
• All trash must be killed, including the one between Halfus and Valiona
• The trash mobs must be alive when you enter the instance.You are NOT allowed to use invisibility potions or any other trick/spell/talent/potion/hack to skip the trash.
• GameMasters will not be allowed to participate to the event with any in-game character to avoid any further discussion about raids having GameMasters in them.

Rewards!

• 1st: (372 BoT item + 1 Mount) OR (1 Mount + 1 Title)
  
• 2nd: 372 BoT item OR 1 Mount OR 1 Title
  
• 3rd: 1 Ground Mount

Notes:
Only players that attended to at least 3/3 of the raid bosses will receive the reward.
"BoT item" means any item from BoT except Cho'gall/Sinestra
1st and 2nd places may choose both Fly and Ground mounts.

Additional note: The BoT entering zone will be made sanctuary during the event. You will STAY in front of the portal until I say "GO". We will have macros with /who g-"GUILDNAME" for every guild. Any guild that has any player in BoT before my GO will be disquailified.

I remember now that some guilds from Exodus couldn't participate due to GMT. While registering please write in the topic if you are able to make it at my hour and if not, what hour would be ok for you.

All the trash, or just the ones needed? I mean, can we NOT kill the trash that can be easily avoided without using tricks?

what if we dont have the guild subforum? we've cleared 3/3 BoT alrdy and we would like to participate also.
we recently created the guild and we're 4lvl, so due to what u described about 'having guild subforum', we cant have it..
please let me know if we can participate or Not.
and btw about the time, we prefer 21:00 server time or even later because at least most of us are having lag around 20..
so it would be great if you could delay it to 21 or even a little bit more late.

Most probably yes. With Valiona having some bugs at spells-damage and we do not intend to script Valiona while doing 434 fixes, we might keep the 30% buff during the event too.

The best guild will anyway win, with or without the 30% buff.

HOWEVER, if for example ALL the guilds will vote against the buff, I will remove the buff.

Not sure if there's any guild on exodus able to kill council hc without buff right on saturday.

And 1 more thing,since 372 lvl items are becoming a trash in 4.3 ,why not to allow cho'gall items as a reward?

i don't wanna argue too much here since i play on genesis. and i understand you do this to improve population and quality on Exodus. But i think you should really remove that buff for the event and give rewards to the guilds that will really deserve them. Good guilds killed Valiona tons of times, even with that amount of bugs. Kinda inappropriate, in my opinion, doing an event with rewards now, after those 17 pages of bug reports being ignored until now.

On topic: I'd still like my question to be anwsered, because there seems to be some missunderstanding among our guildies, arguin if we have to kill all or just the needed trashes.
