[Death Knight] Killing Machine - talent - no proc on shielded players

Bug description:

So I tested out on 5 different disci priests if killing machine procs on them with and without power word shield
I tested both 2h and 2x1h combinations.
When the player has power word shield buff killing machine doesnt proc at all. I was autoattacking for 5 minutes when the priests were shielded , no procs.
Then I tested it on not shielded priests and it was proccing like it should

Freakz site says : Proc Flags - Successful melee auto attack
I guess an absorbed attack is also an successful attack

Proof: Recount doesn't record procs so I can't really make a proof without frapsing it and atm I'm not able to fraps it anyway.

Same thing for https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=51530 (wowhead link). But Maelstorm Weapon is going to be fixed in 4.3.4, i don't know about killing machine.
