my guild is for removing the buff. I don't see any other guild making a proper statement if they want it or not, looks like fighting like little kids about who does more damage per second is more important than sticking to the topic these days.

Who's pretending? I can assure you all the members want the buff removed, since with it it's a piece of cake. Any hardcore raiding player should want the buff removed.

Well, I have a few doubts about the rewards...

About mounts and titles: can they be ANY mount and title available in 4.0.6...? No matter the conditions and rarity...? Even if technically available to obtain ingame...?

About mounts alone: are they awarded as an ingame item, or directly added to the character's spellbook like with mounts bought with Vote Points...? This is important to know.

About gear chosen: why not allow to choose Cho'gall/Sinestra loot...? They will outdate with new patch, anyway (and it is a fact no item will give any greater advantage than the 30% buff is giving right now). Except for Sinestra's loot which is level 379. Starting 4.3.4 gear is level 378, so it is virtually the same. I think it would be wise to allow choosing any item from BoT since it will not mean any crucial advantage at this point.

I hope you can answer at least a day before the event... Otherwise, it would be useless.

EDIT: Another question about the screenshots the guild master must take: do they have to include the stopwatch with server time AND show the boss dead, or only the stopwatch with server time...? Or something different...?

So that it doesn't happen that we clear all the adds at the end and some guilds just the ones that you always clear.

Yes, I said you have to kill ALL the trash, just to be fair for everyone.
This event is mainly to see which one is the best PvE guild on Exodus, not to gear you up, so rewards will not be upgraded. You can choose absolutely ANY mount ingame(except instant ones, or exploitable ones, I might say no to some)

A few points of interest.

I would really like you to reconsider the answer about Cho'gall/Sinestra loot.

(1) 4.3.4 is coming out, and that means Cho'gall/Sinestra loot will be outdated and replaced by then.
There's really no point to "keeping them unobtainable unless via donations".

(2) The number of people who've donated for gear from those two bosses will NOT likely increase (at the moment) since MAJORITY will be waiting for the 4.3.4 donation prices.
And even then, those that donate for Cho'gall/Sinestra gear in recent days will ask for an upgrade to the 4.3.4 versions (according to the Announcement topic).
That means you will NOT "lose potential donations" (by handing out gear from unavailable bosses).

(3) Yeah, the purpose is to find out the best guild on Exodus, but that has to also carry some sort of significant and tangible reward - namely unobtainable gear - as opposed to gear that can be gotten from bosses that are farmable.

**So yeah, I hope you reconsider the stance as it would generally be more rewarding for participants.





As for the adds, there are only TWO moments when adds are generally skipped:
(a) the 'four groups of adds' at the sides of the hallway going to Halfus
(b) the 'four adds (two ogres, two dragon-dudes)' down the stairs going to Valiona/Theralion

I'm certain 100% of groups who are NOT going for 'trash farms' avoid those, especially heroic mode guild runs, since they're considered wastes of time.
Every other add is most certainly in the way and killed.

"instant" ones...? What do you mean...? Or you meant "instance", like the Qiraj mounts from those 3 crystals in Ahn'Qiraj...?

Also, you did not tell if they would be given on their item form or directly added to spellbook. The restriction for both cases are not the same, so it is an important detail to choose them.

And thanks for answering about trash mobs... Now we know it is literally a full clear.

there are much more guilds on exodus...
i guess they either can't clear bot at all with this 140% buff or they don't know that freakz has a forum or they just can't read the ingame spam about the events....
Just shows how many 'organized' guilds there are, a simple "no we can't" would be enough

you are getting cool mounts / titles almost for free and you are complaining about killing 5 mobs more and about receiving 1 item that will be useless in 2 weeks, everything inside a competition between 2 guilds (in the best case) where the first 3 will be rewarded. Jk you sould say only "thanks".
