Desc: Daca ai vreo runa pe cd si consumi alta de la runa aflata pe cd se scad doua secunde din cooldown (e valabil si la 2-3 rune, nu doar la 1).
Proof: Nu ma chinui sa fac video si prin printuri nu se observa calumea.
