Dupa o pauza de 3 luni m-am apucat iar de culturism,stiu ca e prima saptamana si febra e inevitabila dar cum fac sa o ameliorez sau sa scap de ea fara pastile sau sa alerg nu stiu cat,pentru ca am observat ca pastilele si miscarea nu au effect,ce sa fac altceva,si treaba cu dushu dupa antrenament a dat gres.. Help me

Durerea care te poate tine pe banca dureaza 2 zile , mori 2 zile ?Dupa 2 zile esti ready to go - Stiu ca nu e bine sa tragi cand ai febra musculara , dar daca nu ai facut circuit si ai lucrat doar brate/corp poti sa faci picioare.

am avut febra care a durat 2 saptamanii , deci parerea mea este sa stai relaxat si in fiecare dimineata si seara sa fac baie cu apa (FIERBINTE) o sa dispara foarte repede ai sa veziii !!

#best gunn , daca nu stii sa te incalzesti cum trebuie -, ce ai avut tu poate nici nu era o febra musculara. Am mai vazut baieti la sala , vin dau de 2-3 ori din brate fac 2-3 fandari si sar pe aparate...

-un pahar de apa in care sa dizolvi doua lingurite de zahar s-ar putea sa te ajute.
-I-a ibuprofen. Se gaseste in mai multe produse, de ex. nurofen.
-De asemenea, un masaj ti-ar prinde bine.
-fa in continuare putina miscare ( stretching )

PS:febra mea incepe marti dupa antrenamentul de luni si tine pana vineri,plus ca miercuri am antrenament iar aia tine pana duminica si dupa antrenamentul de vineri am febra pana luni... si tot asa,am sa incerc varianta cu zaharul,multumesc mult tuturor,raman dator

Metoda cu miscare nu merge,am incercat usor mediu tare si faceam mai tare febra

Am incercat si cu zahar si parca doar amelioreaza putin,putin de tot

Masajul nu merge...

aia cu zaharu e cea mai buna dar ar fi si mai bine sa fie zaharu gol fara apa fara nimic cum il iei din punga sau din ce il ti si sa il iei chiar dupa ce ai terminat antrenamentul.
