Inca ceva, stiu ca am 0.00% Haste, dar normal trebuie sa se adauge si pentru a creste viteza atac, ceea ce nu s-a intamplat

increase MELEE ATACK SPEED . Unde zice ceva de haste? Uite-te la Attack speed.
