Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The bug is quite simple. The spell is doing its correct damage if you are welding a dagger but when you have sword/mace/axe equiped the damage is going down drasticly. Damage is about two times higher with daggers.

Well if you read well it states there 130% plus x if you are wielding a dagger. I believe everything si correct.
