Bug description: Runes work as intended for the first few usages, after that using a rune while another is on cooldown will cause rune in cooldown to refresh it's cooldown like you just used it and after that if you spend all your runes and get out of fight your runes will get ready to be used but you'll get "Not enough runes" error and you wont be able to use spells which require runes.

Additional info:

After few tests on a dummy, it turns out that this bug is random. At first i thought it's caused by using Death Runes, but in one of my tests my runes got bugged after using 1 Icy Touch, 1 Plague Strike and 1 Obliterate in that order and in other tests i've managed to use all my runes for good 5 mins without getting this bug. Although i still think this bug is caused by either Death or Blood runes but this need confirmation from other DK's.

I know its reason. Today i've become level 85 with DK maybe first on the realm. It was pain and agony by the way.
The problem is that when you miss/dodge/parry with a spell that costs a Blood rune(for example: Blood strike) your both blood runes get permanent cooldown. The same happens with unholy and frost runes with icy touch and plague strike for example or even double-rune spells like Death Strike.
A relog fixes the bug until the next dodge, miss or parry, though you will lose all your runes after killing like 3-4 mobs. I also noticed that Empower Rune Weapon fixes the problem, too.

When you get DEATH RUNE, and if you don't use it, it will turn back to NORMAL RUNE and it will get bugged... When you use Horn of Winter you will see where your runes "FROZE". You can use EMPOWER RUNE WEAPON to fix that but it will come again if you don't use the DEATH RUNE. This is how this problem happens.
