Buff missing

Hello gm's,
I have problem today i log in to my character and when i turned my shadowform (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=15473 (wowhead link)) on buff 5% haste was missing i try to relog and reset talents but nothing help me please fix it ty.

Will be fixed today. Temporary "solution" for an exploit we did not have the time to fix last night.
