The One That Didn't Get Away is an achievement that requires the player to fish for one of the rare fish listed. The best fish to attempt to catch is the Dark Herring because it has a 25% chance to drop in Fangtooth Herring schools and it can be caught in certain areas of Howling Fjord at a whopping 14.29%.
