Confirmed.
I believe that Shocker set the formula for DC healing as DMG*3.5.
This is wrong because in this way, DC benefits from mastery, which shouldn't happen and also has 2xincrease from every talent that increases healing and damage.
Anyway, now, it takes almost double benefit out of Morbidity (around 27%) and that's why I said that I believe the formula is DMG*3.5.
For the glyph the same thing as above is happening.
