Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Creates an "aura" of damage around the player instead of creating it at the targeted location.
Dovada / Proof: Here you can see me casting Death and Decay right on the lake nearby, and the NPCs around me start taking damage : http://img841.imageshack.us/img841/4480/ddaura1.jpg
The "aura" also moves around with the player : http://img507.imageshack.us/img507/7518/ddaura2.jpg
