Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Honor vendors are selling S10 ruthless off-sets for some classes (lvl 384) and S11 ruthless off-sets (lvl390) for some other classes

i think honor vendors should only sell s10 weapons, armor sets, off-sets and accesories and not ruthless s11
