Just download this, right-click the first part and click Extract Here, wait for it to finishi,

This is correct. Just install this enUS client, use the executable World of Warcraft file, and you are set! It took me roughly ten hours to download the torrent (this is with multiple people running programs that pull bandwidth). Good luck and see you in-game!
