i get this error every time i try to run wow.exe . solutions any1?

I tried to change the language and I could no longer log in, tried to go back to version ENUS and now im having this same error

Check to see if Internet Explorer is on Offline Mode by any chance.
And a question, after you extracted, did you paste the launcher in there also ?

Internet Explorer is online, i've copied the launcher too, tried everything written on the blizzard forums but nothing really fixed the thing:(

I am having this exact same problem now, i spent the whole day downloading the 14.gb watched the how to video made by shocker and is giving me this problem please help

Did you try disabling the firewall? I believe this causes the mess.

It seems like something is preventing the launcher from operating correctly. There are many things that can cause this.

If you are running Windows Vista/7/8, try right-clicking your game shortcut and click "Run as administrator."

Disabling or temporarily uninstalling your anti-virus software (Norton, McAffee, AVG, etc) can permit the launcher to complete the patch successfully. Of course, if you cannot re-install the security software, do not remove it! After patching, always add the security software after patching!

Proxy settings on your system can also block access. Make sure to disable proxy settings from the control panel:

Pull up your Control Panel and select Internet Options.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click the button called "LAN Settings"
Uncheck all of the options on that screen.
Then try again.

I think Dankorii is right, there is something preventing my launcher to load up, i tried the game on my laptop aswel and its doing the same thing, guess i wont have a chance to play the 4.3
