Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Orice as incerca sa fac nu reusesc sa activez nicio Death Rune.Blood Tap nu functioneaza.

Daca intri in arena/bg sau in alte portale iti dispar death rune si ramai doar cu blood rune

Blood Tap was originally intended for blood runes only! A 4.1/4.2/4.3 frost dks(you, me, all the others) has NO BLOOD RUNES. Blood Tap's mechanic just converts a BLOOD RUNE into a death rune for 20 seconds. You CAN'T reactivate a Death Rune with it. And the fact that you have Blood Runes on Frost spec is just a bug caused by teleporting with Death Gate/zone portals. That's why blood tap doesn't work on you.

In conclusion, Blood Tap is 100% working. It's just not usable on frost spec in any way! This bug report is invalid.

Wrong,blood tap should reactivate even a already converted death rune.

Confirmed, but this bug is not caused by blood tap, but by Blood of the North. Death Runes appear as they should but once you use them they turn to blood ones permanently, you can't even turn them to death ones with blood tap.
