[DUPLICATE] Rogue Energy Regen

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I don't speak RO so maybe this was already mentioned, maybe not. But the energy regen on my rogue sometimes goes to 75. I have no idea why. It goes away upon death, and comes right back randomly. I know theres lack of evidence, but I have a headache and really don't feel like rendering a video or w/e. I'm sure somebody that has encountered a rogue will agree.
