Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Vitality (wowhead link)

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Vitality (wowhead link) should give 25% increased energy regeneration, but it doesn't.
I don't know how you guys scripted energy regeneration but formula without Vitality (wowhead link) is: 10 * (1+(haste% / 100))
With Vitality (wowhead link) (which gives +25%) formula is: 12,5 * (1+(haste% / 100)) because er(energy regeneration) from haste and Vitality (wowhead link) stacks multiplicatively.

Dovada / Proof:



Here you can see that I have 10 er/sec, although I should have 12,5 (because of Vitality (wowhead link)). I don't have any gear equipped, so haste doesn't affect er.



On the 2nd picture, I have all my gear equipped and it gives me 17,02% haste (15,81% from haste rating), so I have 11,58 energy regeneration per second, but still there is no +25% from Vitality (wowhead link).
With all my gear equipped + 25% (Vitality (wowhead link)) I should have: 12,5 * (1+(15,81/100)) = 14,67


And I noticed some strange bug here also. Energy regeneration now benefits from haste and it works, but if you activate anything that is equipped (trinket, engineering enchants...) energy regeneration instantly resets to 10, and if u change some item it drops a bit (to 9,91). After that, you have to do relog and er returns to normal.

Energy regeneration before I activated trinket:
Energy regeneration after I activated trinket: --> (Unsolvable Riddle activated)
Energy regeneration after I changed item: --> (This trinket doesn't even give haste, and it stays 9,91 after I put trinket back)
