Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Strikes of Opportunity (SoO) is the Mastery ability for Arms Warrior. How it works is when SoO procs the ability is supposed to take white damage done by melee attacks and immediately add that same damage to the target effectively doubling the damage done. As you can see in the SS the physical damage is a critical physical (melee) swing of 12996. SoO immediately follows this hit but only for a fraction of the damage 5442

Code:

Grants a 17.6% chance for your melee attacks to instantly trigger an additional melee attack for 100% normal damage. Each point of Mastery increases this chance by 2.2%.

"trigger an additional melee attack for 100% normal damage" it's trigger not duplicate.
